North Wales Golf Courses
From Holyhead in the East to the Vale of Llangollen in the West, North Wales is littered with fine golf courses, many of which enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery in the whole of Britain.
The region boasts more than 50 courses and two of them which enjoy breathtaking locations are Beaumaris Castle on Anglesey and Conwy Castle which sits on the Principality's north coast. The great James Braid designed a number of courses in North Wales.
Thousands of people every year flock to the coast resorts of Rhyl, Prestatyn and Llandudno and quality golfing tests are available at all of them. Llandudno, in fact, boasts three first class courses on its own.
