Hotel Accessibility

There are 2 designated car-parking bays opposite the main entrance on the same level as the hotel entrance - no steps.

The reception entrance is through double doors with a width of 1540 mm.

The reception desk is at a height of 800 mm. There is also a pull-down desk available for check-in.

All areas of the hotel are on one level with the exception of 23 bedrooms, the Vale Suite and Health and Leisure Club: see separate information on Health and Leisure.

Induction Loop system is available on request.

The Corridors are clearly signed and well lit.

There is an accessible toilet just off the reception area with a door width of 850mm.

Service dogs are welcome.

  • Entrance through double doors

  • The room is light and airy

Boardroom

Terrace Restaurant

  • Located on the ground floor

  • Table service is available to all guests

  • Table heights are 725 mm

  • The door to Clwyd room (Breakfast is served here) is 1220 mm wide

  • There is a small step going outside onto the patio of 100 mm

Oriel Room

  • Located on the ground floor

  • The entrance is through a corridor 965 mm wide through double doors

  • Corridor has a turning space of 1090 mm

  • Very light with natural daylight
