Is there car parking?
Yes, there is free car parking located in front of the club entrance.

Where is the health club located?
The health club entrance is situated on the right-hand side at the rear of the hotel.
What should I wear for my induction?
Members are encouraged to wear comfortable gym clothes for their induction.
What should I wear for classes?
Please wear comfortable clothing with soft rubber soled training shoes.

Can I get food and drink?
Water and snacks are available.

Can I use the facilities if I am not a member?
We offer non-residents full use of our gym & pool at a day rate of £10. Members are also able to bring adult guests for a fee of £8 per person per visit. Pool only use is available for adults for a fee of £5 and for Children (Age 2-16) £2.50
Are children allowed in the pool?
Under 8’s must be supervised on a 1:2 ratio. Please note that children under the age of 4 years must be accompanied by a parent on a 1:1 ratio
We have allocated family swim times where children can enjoy the use of our pool under adult supervision.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna.
Are children allowed in the club?
Children are welcome within the reception and lounge areas. Restricted swim times are allocated for pool use, however, no one under the age of 17 is permitted to use the gym facilities.

All our facilities are easily accessible
Can you help me with nutrition?
Our fitness team are on hand with nutritional advice as part of your fitness and training plan.
Do you have changing facilities?
We offer changing areas with showers.
I have forgotten my kit – what should I do?
Sorry, we do not stock fitness wear or swimwear.
What do I need for the locker?
Our lockers are key operated, just collect a key from reception.
Are towels provided?
As a hotel guest, all residents are provided with a complimentary towel. Members are able to bolt on unlimited towel hire to their membership for £6 a month or alternatively a £1 hire charge will apply for each use.
