LOCKDOWN RULES IN PLACE FOR WALES
New Wales lockdown rules will be in place from
6pm on Friday 23rd October
Following a sharp increase in coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Wales, new lockdown restrictions have been introduced to reduce the spread of the virus and protect public health for people living in Wales.
The restrictions come into force at 6 pm on 23rd October 2020 for 2 weeks.
The main restrictions are:
People must stay at home, except for very limited purposes, such as for exercise.
People must not visit other households or meet other people they do not live with either indoors or outdoors.
No gatherings allowed outdoors
All non -food retails, hospitality businesses, including cafes, restaurants and pubs (unless they provide take away or delivery services), hairdressers and beauticians, tourisim businesses and hotel must close.
